Which role applies to you?

Do you source the product from a country outside the EU and place it on the Union market for the first time?
The first step across the EU external border into sale. Buying from a supplier inside the EU does not count.
Do you act on the basis of a written mandate from a manufacturer?
A manufacturer has appointed you in writing to represent them before authorities in the Union. A distribution agreement is not sufficient.
Do you resell or supply the product onwards?
As a specialist retailer, wholesaler or through your own online shop.
This applies to you
